Stabilization & continued treatment with primary care DVM or specialists prior to starting TCVM is required for certain medical conditions such as congestive heart failure, diabetes, seizures, etc.

Please have your pets medical records & vaccine history emailed directly from veterinary offices

Pet owners must call veterinary offices directly to release & request records be emailed to records@brownvetservices.com. Email attachments from pet owners are not accepted. Requests are held at this step until records received & reviewed for safety purposes. Requests are automatically deactivated after 14 business days of form submission if records not received. Dr. Brown does not accept pets with a history of aggression or in need of sedation for exam. Probationary acceptance considered on a case by case basis.

Approved requests will be emailed instructions on how to submit the required deposit prior to bookng.

Approved requests will have 72 hours to submit the required deposit before being automatically deactivated.

*If your request is not approved a courtesy email will be sent with referral information. Dr. Brown reserves the right to refuse service at her discretion

What To Expect

STEP FOUR

Preapproved request with authorized paid deposits will be emailed/texted the first available appointment option(s)

Appointment options are held for 24 hours before being automatically offered to the next patient on the wait list.

Deposits will be deducted from invoice total.

A scheduling date must be chosen within 30 days of deposit submission or the deposit will be forfeited and the request deactivated.

Dr. Brown reserves the right to refuse service at her discretion. Thank you

Small Business Courtesy: cancelling a new client appointment will result in the deduction of a $25 processing fee from the deposit to account for Dr. Browns time in new client evaluation and processing, in addition to any applicable cancellation fees based on amount of notice provided. Thank you for respecting Dr. Browns time.
